  • 12 oz ribeye, cubed
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Method

    Pat ribeye cubes very dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.

    Heat avocado oil in a heavy skillet until smoking. Sear steak in a single layer, undisturbed, 90 seconds. Toss, sear another minute.

    Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Toss to coat for 30 seconds.

    Finish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
