A note on the data

Macros come from a curated database of ~60 keto staples (USDA averages, per 100g). Volume conversions for foods without a known density default to water (1 g/ml). Net carbs = total carbs − fiber. Can't find an ingredient? A USDA full-search fallback is coming in the next phase.
