Ingredients
- 1.5 lb brussels sprouts, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- Salt, pepper, lemon to finish
Method

Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.

Halve brussels sprouts. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Spread cut-side down on a sheet pan. Roast 20–25 min undisturbed until deeply browned.

Remove, sprinkle generously with grated parmesan. Return to oven 2 min to melt.

Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
