Ingredients
- 12 oz chicken breast
- 6 cups romaine lettuce
- 4 tbsp caesar dressing
- 1 oz shaved parmesan
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil 5–6 min per side. Rest, then slice.

Tear romaine into a large bowl. Add caesar dressing and toss to coat.
