  • 12 oz chicken breast
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce
  • 4 tbsp caesar dressing
  • 1 oz shaved parmesan
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil 5–6 min per side. Rest, then slice.
