- 4 cups chopped romaine
- 2 oz shredded cheddar
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp dill pickles, chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Method

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with salt and pepper.
