  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt, pepper, smoked paprika

Method

    Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.

    Halve avocado, remove pit. Scoop a little extra to fit a whole egg.

    Place avocados in a small baking dish so they sit upright.
